"Manifest Your Life" is a digital, self-guided audio and written program created and sold by Elyssa Vision (Elyssa Sellami), a French micro-entrepreneur, 36 Avenue Faidherbe, 93260 Les Lilas, France — elyssa.vision@gmail.com. These Terms govern your purchase and use of the course, delivered through our private online academy at the-butterfly-whisper.com/academy.
Manifest Your Life is a 33-night guided journey combining audio meditations, a morning practice, a 30-night coherence challenge, and a full companion document pack (guide, journal, calendar, affirmations, and intention cards). It is a self-development and relaxation product, not a therapeutic, medical, or psychological service.
The course is sold as a single, one-time payment of $55 USD, inclusive of lifetime access to the content as made available on our platform. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. (and, where enabled, PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
There is no physical shipment. Access is delivered digitally: immediately after payment is confirmed, an account is automatically created for you and an email is sent with a secure link to set your password. You can then log in at any time at the-butterfly-whisper.com/academy to stream the audio sessions and access your documents. Please keep your login credentials confidential — your account is personal and non-transferable.
Under EU consumer law, purchases of digital content are ordinarily subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, because this course is delivered and accessible immediately after payment, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once you have accessed the academy, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (and equivalent provisions implementing Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83).
Your access is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your login credentials, record, copy, reproduce, resell, publicly perform, or redistribute any part of the course content without our prior written consent.
Manifest Your Life is a relaxation and personal-development tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Results and experiences vary from person to person, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the academy platform and its content available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may occasionally perform maintenance or updates. Should the course ever be permanently discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elyssa Vision's liability arising from your purchase or use of the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Any dispute will be submitted, where legally required, to mediation before any judicial action, and otherwise to the competent French courts.
