We process your data to perform the contract formed when you purchase the course (Article 6.1.b GDPR), and, where applicable, to comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with the service providers strictly necessary to run this course:
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union (e.g., the United States); where this occurs, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your account data for as long as your account remains active. Transaction records are kept for the duration required by French commercial and tax law. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations for accounting records.
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to elyssa.vision@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL — cnil.fr).
Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing and are never visible to us in plain text. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure and never touch our servers.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses only the technical session mechanism required to keep you logged in to the academy, and loads web fonts from Google Fonts as described above.
